Merrifield Consultants are working with a health charity based in North London to find an HR Administrator for four days per week, working four hours per day. This is a unique admin role for someone looking for plenty of flexibility.
Basic Details
- Pay: £14 per hour
- Working days: 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday
- Working hours: 4 hours per day
- Location: Mill Hill on Mondays and working from home Tuesday-Thursday
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Temp initially, but has opportunity to go permanent
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR Databases
- Manage HR Inbox
- Minute Taking
- Supporting with HR related projects
- Formatting job descriptions, adverts on job boards and assisting with the recruitment cycle
- DBS checks and employment checks for new starters
- Organise induction programmes
- Report on mandatory training
Essential
- Proven experience in HR administrator
- Strong ability in MS office systems
