This range is provided by Meraki Talent Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience β€” talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base Pay Range: Β£70,000 - Β£80,000 plus excellent bonus potential, pension & benefits.

The Role: The Commercial Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, direction and decision making. It will business partner with individuals throughout operations and the senior leadership team to provide & present value-add monthly reporting packs. The key components of the role will include:

  • Managing qualified and part-qualified FP&A Analysts
  • Business partnering with senior and non-financial stakeholders
  • Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs to influence strategic planning, direction and decision making
  • Reviewing and enhancing MI, data & insights through the use of systems, automation & BI tools
  • Overseeing robust month-end close
  • Periodic and adhoc financial analysis – KPI’s, variance analysis, stock, costs, revenue, pricing etc.
  • Investment appraisal – CAPEX and OPEX

  • Qualified with at least 3 years post qualification experience
  • 2 years + of operating in pure commercial finance or FP&A role
  • Physical and tangible products background – FMCG, food & drink, manufacturing etc.
