Job Title: Operational Support Officer Location: Hartlepool, County Durham Salary: Up to £28,531 per annum plus benefits Type: Permanent, Part-Time (18.5 hours/week) About the Civil Nuclear Constabulary The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service dedicated to protecting nuclear materials and facilities. We aim to provide a world-class service and seek skilled, committed individuals to join our team. Role Overview We are seeking an Operational Support Officer to deliver efficient support services. You will be the first point of contact for business inquiries, gain in-depth knowledge of our organization, and handle administrative tasks including booking venues, travel, equipment, and preparing paperwork. You will also generate reports and forecasts from our systems, build relationships across the organization, and manage supplier relationships and financial requests. Requirements Proficient in IT and familiar with office systems, procedures, and equipment Willing to work towards Business Administration qualifications Self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills Experience in coordinating meetings and managing records with attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Application Process Interested candidates should upload their CV and cover letter demonstrating their suitability for the role.
