Role Overview The Total Reward Manager will oversee all reward, recognition, and benefits activities, reporting to the Head of Employee Engagement. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert in total reward, managing cyclical activities, collaborating on employee engagement projects, and advising senior leadership on reward trends and regulations. While primarily supporting UK colleagues, there will be opportunities to support North Macedonia staff. Key Responsibilities Annual Pay & Bonus Reviews: Lead pay and bonus reviews for UK and North Macedonia, advise on policies and trends, and perform pay modeling and bonus calculations. Policy Design & Delivery: Develop and maintain pay, recognition, benefits, and bonus policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals. Retention and Recognition: Provide guidance on pay-related retention requests, manage recognition scheme budgets, and develop engagement programs. Pay Equality: Ensure compliance with pay equality laws, lead gender pay reporting, and conduct audits. Job Evaluation: Use Willis Towers Watson methodology for job evaluation, maintain benchmark records, and support organizational change programs. Benefits Management: Oversee colleague benefits delivery, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance. Executive Reward: Collaborate with leadership to design and manage Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance.
