Due to continued success, TRG are investing in new 360 Recruitment Consultants to become our next generation of top billers/business leaders. This role is permanent, full time and based on site at our fantastic Global Head Office in Newcastle! One of 20+ worldwide with the option to transfer in future. Many of our staff started their career, having never recruited at all or in IT before! Testament to our world famous training conversion track record. Some proven recruitment/sales related skills are highly beneficial but not compulsory to be considered here!
You\’ll be involved in 360 end to end exciting, tech recruitment! Trained to be a high level proactive head hunter, taking expert ownership of your own entrepreneurial desk. You\’ll source, screen, set up job interviews, negotiate & close job offers for mid-senior level specialist IT professionals. Statistically the commission you receive is significantly higher than a generic recruitment role!
You\’ll follow a clear meritocratic career plan to fairly progress asap, based on performance not luck or company capacity. If you hit your target, you\’re empowered to move up to the next level. Whilst simultaneously working towards luxury incentives including Lunch Club & Trips Abroad! You\’re not obliged to lead, Senior Executive Consultant/Sales Partner/Sales Director options available!
After training/probation, 10 days \’work from anywhere\’ is all yours to take advantage of!
What are we looking for?
- Professional, positive, confident phone manner with fluent English

- Committed to Newcastle Office (5 min walk Central/Monument St.)
- Independent Right to Work in UK (we don\’t offer visa sponsorship)
- Some Recruitment skills (360 external inc: Business Development)
- (Optional) Fluent Nordic, German or Polish fluent language skills
- Via a tried & tested continuous internal training course
- Training modules are tailored D.O. Experience level/desk
- Dedicated Learning & Development Consultant locally
- Mentored by a Senior/Principal/Executive Consultant
- Coached by a Billing Manager leading by example
- Using best tech e.g unique Salesforce CRM system
- With a fantastic LMS to track success step by step
- Regular Staff Spotlight Sessions/Training seminars
- Monthly & Annual Fun Social Event/Incentives
