A leading FMCG business is seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee its technology strategy and operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a senior technology leader familiar with enterprise systems, infrastructure, and aligning IT with business objectives. The role focuses on SAP (S4 Hana, PLM, EWM, BTP, IBP), Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Oracle EPM, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the UK-wide IT strategy aligned with business goals and global standards.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations across manufacturing sites, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and cloud services.
- Lead and mentor the local IT team; coordinate with global service providers and support partners.
- Manage IT budgets, ensuring strategic investments and operational efficiency.
- Implement enterprise applications within SAP and Microsoft ecosystems.

Experience and Qualifications
