Company Vehicle + Fuel Card provided Role Description: Daily visits to customers with various pest control issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to determine effective solutions and providing excellent customer service. The role involves dealing with a range of pests, from rats to bed bugs. Your main responsibility is to drive pest control sales by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships within the Transport and Facilities sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen existing customer relationships. Generate and expand new and existing sales opportunities. Survey and convert inquiries into business. Resolve customer pest issues by offering optimal solutions and collaborating with the service team. Support larger national account opportunities as needed. Use various methods (e.g., LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, reports) to source new business. Collaborate with other sales teams within AGS for cross-selling. Maintain and update the CRM system. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide sales forecasts and closed sales data as required. Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and risk assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and the public. Keep company vehicle and equipment clean and well-maintained. Act in the best commercial interests of AGS. Qualifications and Experience: Complete surveys and quotations efficiently using designated methods and software. Adhere to AGS’s ISO quality procedures and IMS processes. 1-2 years of experience in the Pest Control industry. Full driving license.
