Job Opportunity: Paint/SMART Repair Technician

Are you an experienced Paint/SMART Repair technician looking for a new challenge in the Portsmouth area? If so, you might be the SMART Repairer we\’re seeking! The successful candidate will provide SMART Paint Repair services regularly to our dealership partners, offering excellent earning potential.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Physically fit, well presented, friendly, customer-focused
  • Work to a high standard
  • Available to work Monday to Friday

Additional qualifications and skills include:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Minimum 4 years\’ paint experience (preferably ATA/IMI/QAA, working to PAS 125 standards)
  • Good knowledge of filler application
  • Ability to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Good command of English and Maths
  • Willing to travel daily for SMART Repairs
  • Flexible with working hours as required
  • Good time management skills

All suitable applicants will undergo a paint assessment at our Head Office in Orpington (travel expenses reimbursed). Successful candidates will receive further training on our processes and procedures.
