Acquisition and Leveraged Finance Lawyer

Our customer, a global law firm is seeking an experienced Acquisition and Leveraged Finance Lawyer to support its busy finance practice during a period of increased transactional activity. This is a temporary contract role for up to 6 months, ideally suited to candidates with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), though strong mid-level applicants will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Advise on a broad range of acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. Work closely with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to manage complex cross-border deals. Provide commercially sound legal advice under tight timelines and high-pressure situations. Requirements: 4–7 years PQE, ideally from a top-tier firm or equivalent in-house experience. Strong track record in acquisition and leveraged finance work. Able to start immediately or at short notice. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage transactions with minimal supervision.
