Tarka Talent is working with a leading boutique consultancy dedicated to helping leaders and frontline teams improve health, transform healthcare, embed life science innovation, and boost growth through investment. The firm serves the entire healthcare sector, including healthcare systems, life sciences, health tech, and sector suppliers. They provide end-to-end services spanning strategy, finance, performance, organizational improvement, data, and digital.

They are currently seeking a Manager to join their team. The role involves managing multiple project deliveries, leading junior team members, and stakeholder communication. Business Development activities are also expected, though no specific revenue targets are set at this level.
