We\’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who\’s as passionate about understanding people as they are about shaping amazing digital experiences. This role isn\’t just about doing research, it\’s about driving strategy, influencing roadmaps, and building a research culture that powers better decisions, faster.
What you\’ll be doing:
• Leading on research strategies that champion user needs, behaviours, and motivations, so we build the right thing, the right way.
• From defining objectives to selecting methods, recruiting participants, running sessions and analysing findings – you\’ll own the end-to-end process across multiple complex initiatives.
• Turning insights into clear, compelling stories and practical recommendations that guide product, design, and business decisions.
• Working with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analysts to embed user insight into every step of the product lifecycle.
• Advocating evidence-based decision making and support stakeholders in understanding and applying research principles.
• Spot cross-cutting patterns, connect the dots, and provide strategic insights that elevate the holistic customer experience.
What we\’d ideally like to see from you:
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Skilled in planning and delivering end-to-end studies
- Ability to distil data into insights
- Storytelling wizard, an ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of UX and user-centred design
- Comfortable in agile, cross-functional teams
- Fluent in tools like UserTesting (or similar platforms)
- Able to connect research to product strategy and business goals
- Experienced mentor with a passion for growing others
