iO Associates are looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and support of our clients OnDemand cloud solutions whilst working heavily in AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and support production cloud infrastructure
- Improve and standardise AWS deployment practices
- Provide cloud consultancy across the business
- Automate software integration and deployment
- Containerise and deploy existing products
- Troubleshoot and resolve client infrastructure issues
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Expertise in infrastructure design (cloud, networking, security, storage)
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerisation
- Database infrastructure knowledge (e.g., Oracle)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Desirable Skills:
- Multi-site and resilient architecture design
- Knowledge of cloud security, ISO, and PCI standards
- Familiarity with Azure and other cloud providers
- Experience with both Windows and Linux environments
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
