The ideal candidate will have worked in a large scale organisation with experience working across both software development and technology delivery squads.
Key outcomes;
- Desing the future operating model and supporting processes for an enterprise environment of 100+ squads
- Conducting maturity assessments and creating performance frameworks to inform how the teams deliver against the desired end state
- A \’do-er\’ someone who will put pen to paper and help to shape the future of the organisation
Background;
- An excellent product leader with significant experience in large, complex environments
- A strategic ability to design the future state, but a practitioner who will lead from the front in delivery of the solution
- Experience designing operating model, change flows and maturity assessments
- Someone who understands all perspectives of Product, Design, Engineering and Delivery
