OCR are partnered with a leading algorithmic trading firm looking to add to their Operations team in London. The firm is known for hiring some of the smartest minds in the industry and blends cutting-edge technology with a deeply quantitative approach to trading.

This role sits at the heart of the business, offering exposure across the firm with a strong focus on automation and process improvement using Python alongside daily responsibilities around cash, position, and trade reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated in a relevant field (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, etc), be proficient in Python, and have 1-5 years of experience at either a hedge fund or an investment bank.
