Senior Researcher, Speech Processing - Lightspeed

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop novel speech synthesis algorithms.

2. Develop speech processing and synthesis systems suitable for online applications.

3. Analyze and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, scalability of current speech synthesis and speech processing systems.

4. Collaborate with team members from prototyping to production.

Job Requirements:

1. PhD degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field is preferred.

2. Familiar with signal processing and speech/audio processing fundamentals, with a strong understanding of statistical models, related machine learning principles, and experience working on related projects.

3. Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms.

4. Experience of publication in prestigious conference and journals like ICASSP and Interspeech.

5. Better with experience in deep learning and large multi-modality models.
