Mode: Hybrid (2 days working from office) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Technology & Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our MarTech stack, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially AEM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing and technology, ensuring seamless digital experiences, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in the insurance industry domain is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): β Manage and maintain AEM Sites and Assets, including templates, components, workflows, and DAM. β Collaborate with developers and designers to implement and optimize AEM-based web experiences. β Ensure content governance, version control, and publishing workflows are followed. β Train content authors and marketers on AEM best practices. Marketing Technology (MarTech): β Own and optimize the MarTech stack including tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager, and others. β Integrate marketing platforms with CRM, CMS, and data platforms to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution. β Evaluate new marketing technologies and vendors to support business growth and digital transformation. Campaign & Data Management: β Support digital marketing campaigns with proper tagging, tracking, and performance measurement. β Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. β Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in all marketing technology implementations. Cross-functional Collaboration: β Work closely with IT, product, design, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences. β Act as a technical consultant for marketing initiatives, providing guidance on feasibility and implementation. Qualifications: Education & Experience: β Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. β 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing technology, with hands-on AEM. β Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Campaign, etc.). β Experience in the insurance industry domain is highly preferred. Technical Skills: β Proficiency in AEM (Sites, Assets, Workflows, Components). β Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. β Experience with tag management systems (e.g., GTM, Adobe Launch). β Understanding of data integration, CDPs, and CRM systems. Soft Skills: β Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β Excellent communication and stakeholder management. β Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: β Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM or other Adobe products. β Experience with personalization and testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely). β Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
