Ginjo is currently operating in four countries providing a range of different Commercial Services across the construction Supply Chain. We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in The City of London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspects of mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) packages across high-profile construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilites: Manage cost planning, estimation and budgeting of MEP systems during pre- and post- contract stages. Prepare and review tender documentation, bills of quantities (BoQs), and procurement packages. Conduct contract administration including change management, valuations, variations and final accounts. Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure commercial targets are met. Monitor project costs and cash flow to ensure profitability and value engineering opportunities. Undertake regular site visits for progress tracking, measurement and verification. Analyse and report on cost variances and risks, offering mitigation strategies where necessary. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, relevant legislation and industry best practices. Assist in dispute resolution and claims management related to MEP packages. Requirements: RICS accreditation or working towards chartership. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on MEP services. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and public health systems in construction. Proven track record of managing MEP packages on large- scale commercial or residential projects. Familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g. JCT, NEC, FIDIC). Excellent analytical, negotiation and communcation skills. Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office suite.
