Our Mission Our mission is to build a superhuman AI financial modelling agent for every executive in the world. Financial models underpin every important decision a company makes. The process of building them today is broken β financial modelling is, by far, the worst-tooled form of programming. We think there is a $100bn+ opportunity to fix that β think of us as Cursor β Lovable for financial models. The Role We are hiring founding engineers. These are the most important hires we will ever make. We have a stacked product roadmap which you will be responsible for large parts of. More than that, you will help us grow the company, build an inspiring culture, and solve the thousands of unanticipated problems that come with that. Responsibilities You will help us deliver our immediate technical priorities, including: Performance optimisation Transpiler development Diffing algorithms Hybrid search pipelines Custom evals Model post-training Production engineering We expect you to be a technical leader in our company: Problem-solving input into key engineering decisions Ownership of significant portions of the product People leadership and hiring Who you are Your work is better than your peers.
