We’re now looking for a Head of Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment to lead the strategic development of our learning frameworks across teacher training, CPD, and classroom content. This role is all about impact at scale—blending pedagogy with innovation, content strategy with global collaboration. You’ll work with Subject Matter Experts, lead on evidence-based design, and ensure everything we create is inclusive, engaging, and high quality.
What you’ll do:- Lead Tes' pedagogical, curriculum and assessment strategy
- Design scalable, research-informed learning content
- Align with UK (DfE, Ofsted) and global frameworks (IB, AUS)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs and product teams
- Represent Tes externally and shape the future of teaching
- Manage a talented team of phase and subject leads
- QTS or equivalent + strong curriculum leadership experience
- Proven background in CPD, ITE, or teacher development
- Expertise in instructional design and digital learning
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with commercial awareness
