Your Role:
- As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process—from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement.
- You’ll be instrumental in growing our tech recruitment function, building strong industry connections, and exceeding placement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Engagement: Identify and acquire new clients, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Understand clients’ hiring needs, advising them on market trends and talent strategies. Proactively generate business opportunities through networking, sales calls, and client meetings.
- Candidate Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract top tech talent. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and technical screenings, to ensure a strong fit. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing client needs.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Provide a seamless and engaging experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Advise on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Market Research & Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent movements within the tech sector. Leverage market insights to develop tailored recruitment strategies and consult with clients effectively.
- Performance & Growth: Work towards and exceed key performance metrics, including placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with a high-performing team, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably focused within any tech vertical (cyber security / data / infrastructure / cloud etc.), focusing on DACH / Benelux / EU markets is an added advantage.
- A proven track record in business development, lead generation, and placing candidates.
- Strong understanding of tech industry trends, skill sets, and hiring challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, contributing to a positive team culture.
