We’re looking for an ambitious SEO Content Manager to join the team at Curated. This role is for someone ready to step up and take the lead on SEO, content performance, and digital PR across a set of commercially important client accounts.
You’ll be embedded day to day across a portfolio of brands, responsible for delivering performance against agreed scopes and KPIs. That means constantly optimising live activity, spotting new growth opportunities, and making search and content work harder. Not just for rankings, but for revenue and customer growth.
You’ll need to think commercially, act decisively, and communicate confidently with clients and colleagues alike. If you’re looking for ownership, variety, and the chance to make a real impact, this is your moment.
About Curated: Curated isn’t just our name. It’s our philosophy. We believe the best marketing is intentional, connected, and insight-led. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just sharp strategy and smart execution.
- Always-on strategy that makes sense of the chaos
- Channels that work together, not in siloes
- Messaging that sticks because it’s driven by insight
We exist to:
- Unite strategy with performance
- Replace vanity metrics with commercial impact
- Bring meaning and momentum to marketing
The Role: You will take charge of performance delivery across key client accounts, leading on SEO, content, and digital PR execution. You will work closely to defined scopes of work, ensuring delivery is sharp and KPIs are met, while also identifying opportunities to go further and unlock growth.
This is a hands-on, outcome-driven role. You will collaborate with Paid, Data, and Creative teams to deliver connected campaigns, and manage a network of freelance writers to ensure high-quality content is delivered at pace.
You will stay ahead of AI trends, SERP changes, and evolving search behaviour, and apply that insight to strengthen your strategy and recommendations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Day-to-Day Delivery: Own the organic output across your accounts, ensuring SEO, content, and PR activity aligns to client goals
- Drive Commercial Impact: Focus on meaningful KPIs like revenue, new customers, and ROI, not just rankings
- Spot and Act on Opportunities: Use insight and data to identify quick wins, strategic shifts, and campaign ideas
- Shape Content Performance: Turn keyword research into content plans that target user intent and drive growth
- Support Digital PR Execution: Collaborate on creative ideas and coordinate freelance writers to support coverage and links
- Stay Ahead of Search Trends: Stay ahead of AI trends, SERP changes, and evolving search behaviour, and apply that insight to strengthen your strategy and recommendations
- Build Client Relationships: Act as the go-to for clients on SEO, content, and PR performance, communicating with confidence
- Collaborate Cross-Team: Work with Paid, Strategy, and Creative to deliver joined-up performance
- Optimise With Data: Analyse performance, flag risks early, and continuously improve delivery
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 to 4 years' experience in SEO/content roles
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver work end to end
- Strong understanding of how SEO and content connect to business performance
- Confident communicator who can explain the why, not just the what
- Experience with GA4, GSC, Semrush, SEO Monitor, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or similar tools
- A proactive mindset and appetite to take ownership
- A curiosity for how AI and innovation are shaping the future of search and content
Why Join Curated?
- Real ownership from day one. You will be trusted to take the lead
- High-impact clients, varied work, and meaningful results
- A collaborative, ambitious team that supports and challenges each other
- An agency built for momentum. We are evolving fast, and you will be part of that journey
- Clear progression path for people who step up and deliver
