Your primary goal is to maximize output for assigned tasks within the Production team to meet daily targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Training and performing various production activities such as unit assembly, PCB building, LED attachment, RCD testing, quality control, packing preparation, and packing.
- Working diligently and accurately to minimize errors.
- Following inventory procedures and supporting monthly stock takes.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Reporting deviations, quality issues, and potential problems to supervisors.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area.
- Accurately recording data on our software systems related to your role.
- Suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
