Base Location: Cardiff

Salary: £29,504 - £34,747 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

Our Business Energy teams supply over 400,000 customer supply points across a broad and diverse client base from micro businesses to large national corporates, providing a unique service to each business with a commitment to keeping our client's interests at heart and helping to control energy costs.

You will:

  • Complete change of tenancies for commercial properties.
  • Manage workflow to complete work items in line with age profile.
  • Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and update the systems and customer accounts.
  • Send information requests to customers and manage responses.
  • Receive full training for this complex process.

You have:

  • Excellent IT Skills (Using our internal billing systems in addition to standard email, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to manage your own workload, work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • A very confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Self-sufficiency with excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
