Retail Sales Assistant

As a multi-channel retailer with over three decades of experience on the high street, we are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Leigh Delamere team.

Who are Cotton Traders?

CT, established in 1987 by England rugby captains and legends Fran Cotton and Steve Smith, is a clothing retailer with a growing presence both online and offline (catalogue). We operate 80 stores across England, Scotland, and Wales, employing 800 people nationwide. We have an ambitious 5-year plan to expand across all touchpoints and are looking for the best people to help us achieve this.

Starting from humble beginnings, our dedicated team has grown CT from a single shop to a well-known, trusted high street retailer today.

We seek an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our successful team. You will work alongside excellent colleagues to provide an engaging customer experience. Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering an honest and genuine customer experience, treating customers as you would like to be treated
2. Merchandising the store in accordance with our brand guidelines
3. Managing stockrooms to ensure effective replenishment and stock control
4. Serving customers in a helpful and pleasant manner
5. Fostering a kind and collaborative workplace environment
