An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner in the friendly Critical Care Outreach team at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the high standards of care required for looking after deteriorating/critically ill patients. Main duties are detailed within the Role Job Description . The post holder will work at an enhanced level of practice, utilizing highly developed postgraduate experience, knowledge, and skills in the Critical Care specialty. They will manage specific aspects of patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, within their current level of practice and patient group, aligned to the four pillars of practice and the Trust policy on \’Enhanced, Advanced and Consultant Level Practice\’ for Nurses, Midwives, and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs). The post holder will contribute to practice improvements to enhance the quality of patient care.
