London based client, with great transport links, offering hybrid working (2 days office 3 at home).
My client is currently recruiting for a procurement professional for the construction / estates / FM / works category spend areas. Working with a really interesting estate portfolio the successful candidate will deliver category, procurement and contract management across a wide stakeholder community.
The successful candidate will ideally bring a blend of the following skills / experience:
- Clear commercial / procurement experience in the construction / estates / FM / works / property categories.
- Experience of JCT / NEC forms of contract would be useful.
- Experience of contracting utilising the Public Sector procurement rules - PCR2015 / OJEU (desirable).
- Knowledge of category management / contract management, and its commercial value, coupled with the ability to deliver across multiple projects.
- Great stakeholder relationship engagement skills / business partnering approach.
