Interim Behavioural Risk Manager | Financial Services | Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office – 3 days working from home | Approx 4 Month Contract | £520/day Inside IR35

Our Financial Services client is seeking a Behavioural Risk Manager to help identify habitual patterns of behaviours. Using conducted applied research you will determine behaviours that could prevent achievement of core business outcomes. You will lead and support delivery of high-quality behavioural risk reviews with relative autonomy, harnessing a deep understanding of business strategy/priorities, behavioural drivers and risks.

Previous experience working within Financial Services is highly desirable, though not essential.

Your Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in applied research
  • Master’s Degree in Behavioural Science / Organisational Psychology / Any other related subject
  • Previous experience working in Financial Services – in any context
  • Excellent communication skills

Location: London

Hybrid: 2 days in the office / 3 days working from home

Pay Rate: £385/day Inside IR35 (You will work via an Umbrella company)

Contract: 4 months
