Joining Culina Group as Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of the Group IT Service Delivery Function. You will effectively monitor, control, and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are followed.

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Key Duties:

  • Manage the delivery of IT services to one or more business units supported by Group IT.
  • Ensure that IT services meet or exceed agreed SLAs and align with business requirements.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure and IT Operations teams to ensure a stable, reliable, and proactive IT Infrastructure service.
  • Act as the interface between the business and IT, ensuring understanding of business service requirements and alignment of IT services.
  • Manage service processes related to supported business units.
  • Track operations and projects related to these units.
  • Optimize and continuously improve service processes.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective outsourced IT operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor SLAs for high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in developing IT strategies and plans for supported business units.
  • Ensure IT services are delivered securely and in compliance with standards.
  • Provide escalation paths for business issues/queries.
  • Manage task allocation, prioritization, and progression.
  • Operate department processes, ensuring they are current, reflect best practices, and are commercially sound.
  • Set, maintain, and improve customer service and business KPIs through IT objectives.
  • Utilize and understand in-house systems for effective team use.
  • Liaise with SLT, technicians, and business representatives, acting as the primary support link between IT and the business.
