You will be an integral part of our London Victoria team, working alongside interior designers, project managers, and construction professionals to deliver high-end workplace environments. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the design coordination process, ensuring seamless integration between interior designers, technical teams, and construction professionals.
- Overseeing the production of detailed Revit models and comprehensive technical drawing packages, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
- Managing the technical design process, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness in project execution.
- Liaising with specialist sub-contractors, engineers, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality workplace interiors.
- Producing and managing full technical documentation.
- Conducting site visits to oversee installations, resolve design challenges, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborating with building control officers and external consultants to guarantee compliance with all necessary statutory regulations.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers, ensuring their technical development in Revit and construction methodologies.
Your Expertise:
- Commercial office fit-out experience – Mandatory
- Proven experience within a Design & Build environment – Mandatory
- Extensive expertise in Revit – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methodologies, and technical detailing
- Experience in leading the technical design process for workplace interiors
- The ability to justify design changes and troubleshoot on-site issues
- Strong collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality
- A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
