PDG Advertising is growing. We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager who’s confident, professional, and results-driven to join our team. You’ll manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and support creative direction, strategy, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google campaigns
- Report on KPIs with a focus on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate
- Guide creative and copy development based on data
- Manage budgets confidently across multiple accounts
- Test new platforms and ad types (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work closely with clients and internal team members
- Work to be at the leading edge of experience in paid advertising
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Deep knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment
- Additional ad platforms knowledge an advantage e.g. TikTok
- Pay of between £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
- 20 days of annual leave + Northern Ireland statutory holidays.
