Our client, a recognised professional body in the property sector, are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team selling their services to lettings agencies across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable brand, seeking someone who is extremely proactive, with aproven track record in sales and/or the property sector. Working hours of a Business Development Manager Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm Hybrid role – 3 days in the office, 2 from home The successful Business Development Manager will be offered: £24,000 Basic OTE up to £55,000 Ongoing Training & Support Career progression Business Development Manager Requirements: Experience in closing for business and building rapport Excellent communication skills Strong Telephone manner Sales background or Property sales experience Duties of a Business Development Manager will include, but will not be limited to: Identify and approach clients to promote and sell membership services, targeting those who would benefit from regulatory advice. Develop and maintain strong relationships with letting agency decision-makers to understand their needs and position membership offerings effectively.
