Senior Valuations Analyst

TwentyAI are partnering with an international Private Equity firm who are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Valuation Team.

This team is responsible for producing fund valuations and maintaining data on underlying private companies held in the firm's portfolios, which are essential for processes such as investment due diligence.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Reviewing and verifying valuations input by team analysts to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the day-to-day workflow management of the team and participate in the sign-off process for fund valuations.
• Contribute to the preparation of valuation papers for various valuation committees and attend related meetings.
• Identify areas for process enhancements or improvements.
• Represent the team in firm-wide projects and collaborate with the development team to implement valuation process improvements.
• Regularly capture core data for the firm's FOF and its portfolio company investments.
• Monitor the firm's fund audit procedures at year-end.
• Provide technical support and training to team analysts on core tasks, processes, and systems.
• Support the team manager in representing the team on operations-wide projects and issues.
• Aid the portfolio data team in maintaining underlying company data.

The ideal candidate will have experience with private equity FOF valuations, including knowledge of relevant valuation guidelines and experience with fund valuation processes within a private equity operations environment.
