Fantastic new opportunity to join a wonderful data driven business.

Must have recent experience of working in the consultancy space and must have managed revenue targets of between £7 – £10 million.

As the Data Leader, you will drive core capabilities in Architecture, Engineering, and Data Management & Governance. You'll be the single point of accountability for these foundational functions while delivering transformative value to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage your deep expertise to build cutting-edge Architecture, Engineering and Data Management solutions.
• Translate complex data challenges into compelling business opportunities, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Scale the foundation capabilities while maximizing team efficiency across the portfolio.
• Champion data innovation, keeping the business at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Develop actionable frameworks that transition clients from traditional processes to data driven practices.

ESSENTIAL:

• Professional project, consultancy and transformation experience having led the implementation of end-to-end transformation programmes or projects.
• Ability to operate in the smaller environment and scale up mindset.
• Hands-on knowledge of Data Architecture.
• Commercial acumen – extensive experience with presales, proposals, and commercial targets.
• Exposure to tech ecosystems like Microsoft and Databricks.
• Bringing a passion for data and AI with an interest/experience across all areas from architecture/engineering/ Data Management.
• A seasoned leader who is highly credible in the tech/data space, conversant level of relevant data concepts and products.
• Consulting background.
