We are looking for someone to join our Customer Care team in Lewes that believes in our supplements and wants to be part of a growing business that is making a positive difference in the world. As a small team we are involved in every aspect of the business and play a core role in both retention and revenue generation. As a Customer Care Specialist you would work very closely with all of our internal systems and would need to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to day to day work. We are looking for a dynamic team player with a positive can-do attitude, who constantly exercises initiative and proactivity. We are searching for someone who genuinely loves interacting with people, can build lasting relationships with our partners, and can calmly handle any daily challenges with a positive mindset. This role is offered as an initial 9-month fixed-term position .
