This sets out a number of ambitious plans to improve the working lives of our staff. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving these initiatives forward and become an integral part of our community of change-makers, the Citizens of Change. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to our Professional Services Divisions. Your responsibilities will include managing complex cases and leading key strategic projects to ensure timely and effective outcomes. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week on campus. About you The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent, coupled with a degree-level education. You should have substantial recent experience as a Senior HR Advisor within a large and complex organization that engages with trade unions. Familiarity with governance and regulatory frameworks within a matrix management structure is essential. Experience in senior HR advisory roles within Higher Education, NHS, or local government is preferred. A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application is required. You should be skilled in advising, coaching, and supporting line managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance management, and organizational change initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
