Our client is internationally acclaimed for its shipping expertise, maintaining a robust presence in London and across the world's leading shipping hubs. Maritime law forms the foundation of their business, establishing them as a leading practice in the industry. Their lawyers are trusted by maritime clients such as Shipowners, Charterers & P&I clubs for guidance on the sector's most prominent and complex cases.

The firm is looking to speak with established Litigators with a substantial portable shipping litigation practice to join their current team in the London office. The nature of the work might include:

  • P&I and Defence work
  • Maritime casualties
  • Charterparty, bill of lading and COA matters
  • Ship arrest & Cargo claims
  • MOA sale & purchase disputes
  • Admiralty work including collisions, groundings and total loss

A broader practice incorporating some non-contentious work such as ship or terminal building contract review, design/procurement contracts for terminal expansion and/or shipment/storage contract advisory, would be of interest too.

For more information or a confidential chat, apply or contact Josh Hunt on 07397547259.
