You will have autonomy within your role, but will have the right tools to succeed.
I am looking for individuals at a buyer level up to senior procurement manager. Ideally someone with strategic experience within FM or Indirect categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead category strategy and sourcing within designated supply categories.
- Engage with client teams to align business needs and procurement strategies.
- Track supplier performance and savings with KPIs.
- Analyse supplier data for the Supplier Management Framework.
- Assist with bids, mobilisation, and acquisition integration.
- Oversee contract renewals and manage the contract database.
- Ensure supplier compliance and support ethical sourcing.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and volume discounts.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to drive performance.
Outcomes & Success Indicators
- Achieve value for money and savings targets.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to optimise supply chain performance.
- Manage key suppliers to foster continuous improvement.
- Enhance the reputation by building successful supplier partnerships.
About You
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in category management in complex environments.
- Proven track record in delivering strategic value in procurement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P2P systems.
- MCIPS qualification is a plus.
