About You Firstly, you are an experienced Sales Executive who thrives in customer-focused, target driven sales environments – An advantage if you are already successful motor trade sales professional who knows exactly how to get up to speed with minimum fuss. Preferably, the ideal candidate will have experience in a motor trade sales environment, but this isn’t essential, some experience with FCA compliance would also be preferred. you are passionate about the vehicles and services you work with, and your customers trust you to help them secure the vehicle and F&I solution they need. You have a target-driven, commercially minded business approach – you take responsibility for your own success and make the most of the opportunities you source in your pipeline of new and existing customers.
