About the role At Wheatley, we are committed to building great homes, transforming neighbourhoods and helping customers. As a Housing Officer, you will be at the heart of this becoming a familiar face in our communities, providing a comprehensive, high-quality housing management service to customers. You will work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience working within a Housing Officer role or be part of our internal Ignite Graduate programme, with a proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void and neighbourhood management. You will be an enthusiastic and caring professional who can work, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly innovating and improving organisation.
