In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a F&B Assistant to join our expanding food and beverage team. You will be responsible for setting up the restaurant, meeting and greeting customers whilst presenting a variety of freshly cooked menu options. The Role: Meeting and greeting customers and residents Assisting the kitchen team in food preparation Serving drinks including alcoholic beverages Taking and processing customer’s orders Processing payments via card and cash Keeping the bar and restaurant area clean and tidy Answering questions about the menu items including ingredients and prices Assisting with the washing up, resetting tables and refilling condiments Collecting food from the kitchen area and serve. Key Requirements: Previous experience working within a customer facing role (ideally within the hospitality sector) Self-motivated, personable and excellent communication skills Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns Any qualifications within customer service, food hygiene or hospitality would be desirable, but not essential.
