OTE Overview Mercedes-Benz of Eastbourne Salary: Β£25,000 per annum + Β£55,000 OTE (Uncapped) Hours: 44 hours per week Thanks to our hard work and continuous success, Lookers Mercedes-Benz of Eastbourne is expanding its sales team and is currently recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our enthusiastic and friendly team on site. As a Sales Executive here at Mercedes-Benz, you will specialise in both new and used car sales, focusing on providing a world-class customer motoring experience. You will work alongside our established passionate sales team of 7 Executives to ensure our customers always receive the best service. Joining our hardworking sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Ben, our General Sales Manager, and his team will play a key role in your success through ongoing training and support, regular 1-to-1s, and in-house sales training. All of this will help to enhance your knowledge and experience, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. Our Sales Executives serve as key points of contact, paying close attention to detail to understand customers\β wants and needs. Responsibilities Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times. Listening to customers\β wants and needs to suggest suitable vehicles that match their requirements. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives. Negotiating the final price for the sale. Completing all relevant paperwork for each sale. Liaising with relevant departments throughout the sales process to ensure efficient and smooth transactions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to meet targets, so being ambitious and hardworking is essential. Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we are always looking for new and fresh talent to join our team.
