Your new role

This Credit Hire / Damages Team Manager role will see you responsible for the direct line management of 5 individuals, including supervisors, junior supervisors, and lawyers, and will oversee a team of 25-30. You will undertake annual and interim performance reviews to review overall performance, progress against targets, behavioural compliance, development and career opportunities. Alongside this, you will handle your own reduced caseload of circa 25 fast and multi-track credit hire files and will cover sickness/absence in the team. You will cascade information, manage absences, and induct new supervisors into the team.

What you'll need to succeed
