As Head of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group’s compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
The Role:
You will lead the development of a robust compliance framework, oversee compliance operations, and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will represent the business at regulatory forums and drive initiatives to ensure long-term compliance excellence. This position requires SMF16 and SMF17 credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compliance policies aligned with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance matters across all levels of the business.
