RESPONSIBILITIES
You will join one of the most respected funds teams in the City and at one of the true market leading US firms here in London. You will work on a range of fund formation and fundraisings across private equity, infrastructure and real estate funds as well as venture capital funds. You will also work on secondary transactions. You will receive full βNY ratesβ in line with the highest paying NY firms.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be a City firm trained and retained lawyer, with 2-4 years PQE.
- You must currently be working in one of the highly ranked funds teams in the City.
- An exemplary academic record.
