Our client are a privately owned Citroen and Peugeot garage, who have been established for over 100 years, based in Croydon and are a small team looking for their next hire. Responsibilities and duties: Undertaking repairs to manufacturer warranty standards and repair procedures, including servicing / warranty repairs MOT repair works and routine servicing Maintaining highest standards to meet customer expectations, including duty of care checks and dealer operating standards. Provide excellent customer service. Attending manufacturer training courses, both online and classroom, to attain / maintain manufacturer accreditation and to be at forefront of technology developments. Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role: Minimum Level 3 Qualification (with the right attitude and ambition) Minimum 3 years post qual experience MOT Tester class 4 licence Smart and presentable with good communication skills and ability to multi-task. Punctuality, ability to work as part of a team and a hard-working attitude are essential. Full, clean UK Driving licence. Trained to IMI level 3 Electric / Hybrid vehicle maintenance and Main Dealer experience of Peugeot / Citroen is desireable although our client is prepared to train the right person with the right attitude and skill set.
