Often you will be the only manager on shift and therefore are responsible for the running of the day. No two days are the same in this role. Your roles and responsibilities include managing a team of bartenders, hosts, and servers. Communicating, pre-shifting, and adhering to company standards, leading by example. Department Front of House Line Manager & Key Relationships General Manager, Operations Manager Day & Work Patterns Varied shifts including evening and weekends dependent on business needs. Key Competencies Problem Solving, Leadership Skills, Proficient in Microsoft Programmes, Communication Skills. Qualifications Experience of a similar MGMT Position is desirable but not essential. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Rotas Creating Rotas using the payroll system Bizzimply for departments and working to a budget. Running Shift – Open and Closes Daily running of a shift. Creating shift plans on an open, making decisions on staffing levels based on the business needs and bookings. Running the shift ensuring all departments (Bar, Floor, Kitchen, Host) are engaged and smooth-running. Acting as the Manager on Duty, you are responsible for guest satisfaction and dealing with any complaints following company protocol. Staff Incentives Restaurant managers are responsible for staff incentivisation, working closely with Supervisors to establish business or training needs. Monitoring and championing company incentives. Disposable Orders Responsible for disposable orders and processing invoices. Keep all relevant items to company par level. Systems Managing Owning relevant systems such as Bizzimply and Collins when on shift and ensuring audits are completed within time frames. Admin Basic admin duties including dealing with guest queries, complaints. Responding to emails and answering telephones. #J-18808-Ljbffr
