The role of Sales Advisor involves the following main key tasks: providing a high level of customer service over the telephone securing an order by converting a call into a confirmed order upselling products/services wherever practicably possible processing orders and bookings taking payment details and processing the payment dealing with customer enquiries and queries supporting other members of the team. Very good attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information, eg correct address, post code, contact name, contact numbers, and location details. Very good sales experience with knowledge and understanding of the sales process and upselling. Good organisation skills, with the ability to use own initiative. Hardworking and conscientious. Positive, motivated, and pro-active. Reliable, flexible, and adaptable. Ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure. Ability to work within a busy and fast-paced customer focused sales environment.
