About The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Product Support Analyst to join our Product support team that manages cloud-based and on-premise applications. Within This Role You Will Be Support project and other business stakeholders, proactively suggesting solutions to complex issues and proposing creative alternatives to existing methods where necessary; Anticipate and take ownership of client or customer needs and problems, delivering accurately and within agreed timescales; Learn, diagnose, and reproduce bugs in large, multi-tiered systems and produce suitable documentation to support the resolution of issues; Create and update user guides, self-help documents, and FAQs to support client and customer product knowledge. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to: Have strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate issues and proactively determine solutions; Have demonstrable experience supporting applications and systems, ideally in a financial environment; Be able to solve problems and provide workable solutions or workarounds; Possess a mixture of technical and functional support experience, which would be advantageous.
