In this role you will:

  • Drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights, designing, and implementing new solutions that integrate strategy, technology, people, and process to deliver meaningful outcomes, leveraging Accenture’s four services: Strategy & Consulting, Song, Technology and Operations.
  • Drive innovation, helping Accenture and client teams apply the latest thinking and approaches to solve complex problems.
  • Operate in an autonomous role, owning defined scope and outcomes, making aligned decisions centred in value – all driven by a self-motivated individual.
  • Develop your people management skills through opportunities of line management, coaching and mentoring.

We are looking for the following profiles and skills:

  • Experience in Software & Platforms or related industries is desired across all profiles.
  • Proven experience of team management and talent development.
  • Experience in one of the following industry growth areas: SMB growth, advertising and attention monetisation, data and AI, product acceleration and value creation or GenAI.
  • Experience working within the Software & Platform industry with an understanding of culture, values and value drivers of our clients.
  • Client Relationship Management – leading and working with clients to shape and deliver multi-year transformation programmes.
  • Delivery Excellence – deep understanding of delivery approaches and best practices, and a proven track record of applying these approaches and practices to deliver successful projects.
  • Data Driven Consulting.
  • Data Literacy – deep understanding of analytics and decision science.
  • Proven experience of owning the end-to-end solutioning of large-scale data projects.
  • Deep knowledge of market leading data and technology vendors to deliver engagements.

Set yourself apart:

  • Background in Consulting and an understanding/experience working with the Software & Platforms industry.
  • Experience driving growth in market segments, business consulting or defining and executing business strategy in a relevant industry.
  • Relevant Software & Platforms industry experience which may be in one or more of the following areas: SMB sales and engagement, SMB Marketing, Regulatory Readiness, Scaled Operations, Trust & Safety, Social Commerce and Payments, Cloud, Gaming, IOT and Generative AI.
  • Relevant industry certifications.
  • Degree in relevant subject (or equivalent).
