Head of Customer Analytics
London (2 days per week)
Up to £120,000
Harnham is working with a huge networking site to find a Head of Customer Analytics, setting up the function and leading the team to find out who is using the website and how.
The Role
This hands on role involves leading a team of three to work on customer data, tracking user journeys and understanding how best to keep users coming back for more.
- Owning customer segmentation, lifetime value modelling, and attribution
- Partnering with teams across the company to guide data driven decisions
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track customer behaviour and key metrics
- Leading and growing the customer analytics function
